Dear Matt: Here is a further suggestion. Take the ingredients of the sauce & mix
Misc.them together (process) in a food processor or Osterizer. Add to the mixture about 1/2 cup of white wine or chicken stock (LOW SODIUM/ You can also reduce the amount of salt in the recipe according to your personal taste). After processing the ingredients for the sauce, cook it in medium heat (in a pan) for about 10/15 minutes (on top of the stove). Then you will have a reduction of the sauce. After that, add the heated & reduced barbecue sauce to the chicken wings in the crockpot, mixing well. Then, cook the wings either on LOW heat or in HIGH. If you use HIGH, remember to follow the previous instructions from yesterday's post.
