Good Afternoon. I have another Bill Knapp recipe for you. It looks simple enough.
COMES NOW:
BILL KNAPP'S "CHICKEN MARINADE"
(Marinade to dress up a chicken)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
Let chicken set overnite in refridge.
If you wish to grill remove chicken from marinade let marinade drip off chicken.
Grill with high heat.
To bake set chicken in a baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven till done.
MARINADE:
Mix all together in a blender & apply to chicken.
