Recipe: Black Walnut-Banana Bread (bread machine)

Black Walnut-Banana Bread

2 1/4 cup bread flour
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 small banana, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoon water
2 tablespoon milk
1 large egg
1/2 cup chopped black walnuts or pecans

Add the flour, butter, banana, sugar, salt, yeast, water, milk, and egg to bread machine. Process the ingredients according to your manufacturer's instructions for a basic bread setting or a raisin bread setting.

Add the nuts to the dough at the beginning of the second kneading cycle of the machine. Source: unknown
