Popcorn Party Mix
Makes 3 1/2 quarts

3 quarts of popped pop corn
2 cups rice or wheat cereal squares
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon maple extract

Place popcorn, cereal, cranberries, and walnuts in a large bowl. Melt butter in a small pan. Stir in maple extract. Pour over pop corn mixture and toss well.
