Recipe: California Walnut Honey Butter

California Walnut Honey Butter
Source: California Walnut Commission
Makes about 1 cup (250 mL)

1/2 cup (125 mL) soft butter
1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped dried cranberries
1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey
1 tsp (5 mL) finely grated orange rind

In medium bowl combine the butter, walnuts, cranberries, honey and orange rind. Spread on pancakes, hot muffins and scones.
