Bourbon Baked Beans
4 (16 OZ. cans) Boston baked beans
3/4 tea dry mustard
1 cup chili sauce (like catsup, only spicier)
1 Tbl. molasses
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup strong coffee
1 (16 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
4 Tbls. brown sugar
Stir ingredients together in a crockpot and cook covered on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. A half hour or so before serving turn cooker to high and remove cover to steam off excess liquid. Serves 6 to 8
