Recipe(tried): Bread Machine Pizza Dough for Thin Crust Pizza

Breads - Bread Machine

Hi Dawn,
Here's a pizza dough that has become my one-and-only...and I've tried
quite a few! I use a bread machine to make the dough, but you can of course
do it manually as well. When I make the crust, I roll it out very thin to begin with and, like the earlier post said, I do this quickly so that it doesn't rise too much. Also, I know that if you lightly spray the crust (before adding any toppings) with a non-stick (I like the olive oil variety) it makes it super crispy. Hope you like it!

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

1 Cup Water
3/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups All-Purp. flour
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat flour
2 t Yeast (active dry)
*I sometimes also add a teaspoon or so of dried herb combination, i.e. thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano, etc.*
