Recipe: Butterscotch Ice Cream

Buttersctch Ice Cream
Makes 1 Quart

1 quart vanilla ice cream,softened
1/2 c. butterscotch-flavored morsels
1/2 c. toasted walnuts
1/2 c. chopped toasted coconut

In large bowl combine ice cream, butterscotch morsels, walnuts & coconut. Stir till well blended. Pour into airtight container & freeze till firm.
