CAKE BALL COOKIES

This recipe is very versatile. You can mix and match cake and icing flavors as well as the chocolate coatings. Cake balls can be rolled in nuts, sprinkles, coconut, etc. or double dipped in white and dark chocolates.

1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix, prepared according to directions and cooled.

Crumble into large bowl and mix in:
1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting

Chill mixture for an hour, until it can hold shape when formed into a ball.

Use melon baller or small scoop to form into balls. Dip into melted confectioners coating or ganache.

Roll into topping of your choice.

Place on waxed paper to set.
