Carmel Apple Salad
Could this be the one you are looking for? It is very good & my husband is especially fond of it.
1 Small package instant butterscotch pudding mix
8 oz. carton Cool whip, thawed
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup mini marshmallows
3 cups chopped, unpeeled apple
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
Mix together the dry pudding, whipped topping,pineapple & juice until well blended. Stir in apples, marshmallows, & peanuts until combined. Refrigerate until serving time. Serves 8
