Recipe(tried): Chicken and Dumplings (using canned biscuits)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
I boil my chicken, cool the chicken and remove the bones and skin. I add a can of cream of chicken soup to the broth, salt and black pepper to taste. Add the chicken back to the pot, bring to a boil. Separate your biscuit and roll out on a lightly floured board until 1/4 in thick, cut in 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces and add to the boiling broth. Some people simple pinch pieces of the biscuit and add to the broth. Reduce and simmer until done, about 10 minutes. Since I don't eat dumplins, only make them for my family I would suggest to use the taste test to check for doneness. By the way, I have found the cheaper biscuits make better dumplins. Also, serve immediately, because if allowed to sit too long they dissolve completely in the broth. By the way you can also use flour tortilla to make dumplins with.
