Recipe(tried): Chicken Coronation and others... Couscous Salad with Grilled Vegetables, Winter Mandarin Salad

I do not have a recipe as such but I usually throw together a chutney/curry dressing with a mayonnaise base and cooked chicken breasts. Any of the English folks here could probably help you with an exact recipe. It is colorful and exotic and a change from pasta salads etc.

Also, I have posted a Couscous Salad with Grilled Vegetables which is marvelous and a Winter Mandarin Salad which is always a hit.
