Recipe(tried): Chineses or Oriental Fondue

Misc.

Just saw your request for a recipe for Chinese Fondue. Hope it will help.

2 cans of beef or chicken broth
2 cups of water
1/4 to 1/2 tps Ground ginger
Crushed garlic or garlic powder (a little)
1 or 2 tps of white wine or sherry (optional)

Heat and place on fondue burner.

Cook the following in the hot broth, using the fondue forks :

Beef tenderloin sliced thin, pork tenderloin sliced thin, small pieces of chicken, shrimps.
Mushrooms, pea pods, broccoli florets, pieces of onions, green onions, green and red peppers, thinly sliced carrots.

Dip the cooked pieces of food in sauces that you made or bought.

At the end, it is fun to eat the delicious broth in small bowls or cups as a soup.
