Fondue

Misc.

There are many recipes for fondue ; one of the best is "Chinese Fondue" using a seasoned broth to cook thinly sliced beef, shrimps, pieces of vegetables. At the end of the meal, the broth can be eaten as a soup that is very delicious because it has been flavored by all the food.

Non-electric fondue pots can be heated with alcohol sold especially for use with those pots. It is labelled "Fondue Fuel".
