Chocolate Coca Cola Cake

2 cups flour
2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1 cup Coca-Cola
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa (baking)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Icing:
1 stick butter
6 Tablespoons Coca Cola
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup pecans - toasted
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Heat butter, baking cocoa and cola to a boil, and pour over flour and sugar. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Batter is thin, marshmallows will float to the top. Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch glass baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Make icing:
Cream butter, add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over cake while still in the pan. This cake will keep for days if kept in the pan in which it was baked. Spread with frosting while still hot from oven.
