BEST EVER SOUR CREAM BISCUITS
1 2/3 cups flour
2 tablespoons shortening
2 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream, whipped
Cut shortening into flour. Add baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix in whipped sour cream.
Roll out to a 1/2-inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in 450 degree F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
