Recipe: Cold Pasta Salad and Seafood Pasta Salad for Lynn

Salads - Potato, Pasta
COLD PASTA SALAD

1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles or Rotini pasta
(8 oz.) bottle Italian Dressing
Green bell pepper, to taste
Broccoli (fresh), to taste
Sliced fresh mushrooms
Sliced black olives
Sliced green olives
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese
Salad Supreme
Garlic Salt
Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta and drain.

Pour on Italian Dressing. Add any of the above ingredients (vegetables, olives and mozzarella) you desire. Sprinkle on Salad Supreme, Garlic Salt, and Parmesan Cheese. Let sit for a couple of hours.

SEAFOOD PASTA SALAD

2 cups cooked pasta (shells, elbows your choice)
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery (washed, cut into small pieces)
1 tablespoon crab seasoning (more or less to taste)
1/2 pound crabmeat (Backfin preferred)
1 pound shrimp (steamed, shelled, deveined, cut in bite size pieces depending on size)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to box; drain.

Mix pasta, mayonnaise, celery, crab seasoning and shrimp. Fold in crabmeat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated.
