Recipe(tried): Cole Slaw with Grandmother's Sour Cream Dressing

COLE SLAW DRESSING

This is my Grandmother's recipe for coleslaw dressing. This is a great dressing recipe and can be used with the already prepared cabbage/slaw mix!

1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Shred 2 cups of cabbage; grate 1 cup of carrots, Combine with dressing and mix well.

May also be doubled or tripled and also can use reduced fat sour cream without any major changes in taste! Enjoy!
