BROCCOLI SALAD
DRESSING:
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp vinegar
SALAD:
1 bunch broccoli; cut into florets
1 small head cauliflower; cut into florets
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts; drained
1/2 lb bacon; cooked and crumbled
2/3 cup slivered almonds; toasted
Combine dressing ingredients; refrigerate overnight.
Combine salad ingredients; toss with dressing.
