GLAZED CARROTS WITH PECANS
5 cups carrots, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Cook carrots in water with salt until tender crisp. Drain well.
Heat remaining ingredients, except pecans and pour over hot carrots.
Toss with pecans and serve.
