Cranberry-Pear Relish
Recipe by: Sharon Beck
Makes 3+ cups
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 medium pears -- cored and diced
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
4 inches stick cinnamon
Place ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cover and chill. Remove cinnamon before serving. May be made ahead and chilled for up to a week.
