Recipe: Pumpkin Bars

Pumpkin Bars

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9 x13 pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing:
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth.
