Hi ! I like to make ribs in the crockpot because it makes them nice and tender. I hate knawing the meat off the bone.

I just cut up the ribs into a few bones per section, place in a crockpot with some salt, pepper, and about 1/2 to 3/4 cup barbecue sauce. Pour about a cup of water over and cook on high about 7 hours or until really tender.

I then heat the oven to about 375 and put the ribs on a baking sheet. Put some barbecue sauce on the ribs and bake about 20 minutes or until the ribs start to brown and the sauce looks a little dry. My kids love these.

I like to use the country-style short ribs. I layer
them in the crock pot with all the slices from a large
yellow onion. Then I pour 2 jars of a good BBQ sauce
over it all and cook. They're yummy!!!!!!!!

ibs a bit in a skillet then salt and pepper to
taste and put in a slow cooker with as much kraut as
your family will eat. When the meat starts falling off the
bone it's ready to eat. Served with mashed potatoes, it
makes a great easy meal.
