Recipe(tried): Crockpot Beef Stew (Latin-style) - Yumm - what a wonderful recipe! Thank You

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Dear Gladys - I made the Latin-style Beef Stew today. I cooked it a full four hours on high before the beef was tender enough. The flavors are so wonderful.

We had it over rice, with some crusty Rustic bread. Lots of leftovers, that's a big recipe! I brought some over to share with our next-door neighbors.

I couldn't figure out how it would end up tasting, with all those unusual ingredients - but it all blended in so beautifully. It took quite awhile to prep all the ingredients. I liked the way the raisins plumped up in the cooking and reverted to looking like grapes!

thanks for passing that recipe along - it's a keeper, and I will definitely fix it for our upcoming company!

Love, June
