Recipe: Crockpot Beer Fajitas

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
CROCKPOT BEER FAJITAS

2 lb tri tip meat, sliced 3/4" thick
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz) can of beer (lager)
2 teaspoons mustard
3 teaspoons butter
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 medium green bell pepper sliced
1 medium red bell pepper sliced
1 medium white onion sliced

In crockpot add all of the above ingredients and stir. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. The longer the better. Can be eaten with tortillas, served over rice, or eaten with bread.
