Recipe(tried): Crockpot Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Crockpot Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
salt & pepper
1 (18 oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Rub roast with seasonings. Place roast into crockpot and cover with barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

One hour prior to serving, remove meat from crockpot and shred. Reurn to crockpot. Cook for 1 more hour. Serve hot on toasted sub rolls or hamburger buns.
