Recipe(tried): Delicious Summer Salad for Brenda

BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD

l1 head cauliflower, cut into small flowerettes
1 big bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1 small pkg frozen peas
1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing: (Mix, but don't over mix)
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped ren onion

Pour dressing over vegetables and toss. Refrigerate. Keeps good in
refrigerator.
