Recipe: Diet Coke Cake with Variations (using cake mix)

DIET COKE CAKE

1 (2-layer-size) box Betty Crocker Devils Food cake mix
10 ounces of Diet Coke, as needed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch (or larger) baking pan with non-stick spray, and lightly flour.

Mix the dry cake mix and Diet Coke together, adding more or less Diet Coke to get a nice batter. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F until it springs back in the center when touched.

There was some confusion on the WW board as to the points per slice. So if you are counting points I would do the counts yourself.

Servings: 24 = 2 points or 12 = 3-4 points (there was some major debate depending on the cake mix used I think.)
