Recipe(tried): Different Cocktails with Tequila

TEQUILA COLLINS

2 oz Tequila
1 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Glassware : Collins Glass

Shake tequila, lemon juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Add club soda and garnish with the fruits. Serve with the straw.

TEQUILA MARTINI

2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Garnish: Cocktail Olive
Glassware : Cocktail Glass

Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail olive.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

2 oz Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Strawberry Liqueur
Salt
Lime Wedge
Glassware : Margarita Glass

Rum the rim of a margarita glass with lime wedge and dip into salt. Shake tequila, triple sec, lime juice and strawberry liqueur in a shaker with ice cubes. Strain into a margarita glass.

TEQUILA SOUR

2 oz Tequila
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
Garnish: Cherry, Orange Slice
Glassware : Sour Glass

Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with the fruits.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

2 oz Tequila
4 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Grenadine
Glassware : Highball Glass

Mix both the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice.

BLUE MARGARITA

2 oz Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lime Juice
Salt
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Glassware : Margarita Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a margarita glass.

FROZEN MARGARITA

2 oz Tequila
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Triple Sec
1 cup ice cubes
Salt
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Glassware : Margarita Glass

Rub the rim of a Margarita Glass and dip it into salt. Blend tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and ice in a blender. Pour into a Margarita glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

MARGARITA

2 oz Tequila
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Triple Sec
Salt
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Glassware : Margarita Glass
