Easy Apple Salad

Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup)

6 cups red delicious apples, unpeeled and cubed *
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tsp honey

*I mix Red Delicious with Granny Smith

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl; stir well. Apple to apple mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
