Green Salad with Lime Dressing

1 lime
1/2 cup miracle whip light salad dressing
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups packed fresh spinach leaves
2 cups packed Boston lettuce
2 cups halved strawberries
1 can (284ml) mandarin oranges

Grate rind and squeeze juice from lime. Combine rind, lime juice, dressing, milk and honey. Cover and chill. Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl; drizzle with dressing mixture.
