I have made this recipe or a version of it for years and I get raves everytime. In fact I am making two tomorrow for my son to take to work.
I use:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
I mix all that together, and pour over one large can of peaches with juice that have been placed in a baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F till brown...easy and oh so yummmmmmy
