Recipe: El Chico's Salsa for Jennifer

Toppings - Salsas
I collected this recipe from our state newspaper recently, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. Let me know if you try it :)

El Chico's Salsa

2 cups fresh chopped or canned diced tomatoes
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoon green chilies, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately or cover & refrigerate.
