Extra Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Try this low fat, extra crispy easy nugget recipe!

Preheat oven to 375.

Cut up a boneless skinless breast into nugget size pieces. Soak them to wet in 1 egg mixed well with a little bit of milk. Dredge WELL in corn flake crumbs (pressing the crumbs in).

Spray a cooking sheet with non-stick spray and lay the nuggets on. Spray over the nuggets again with cooking spray.

Bake 375 for 25-30 min. Serve with honey, barbeque sauce, or whatever else tickles your fancy!
