APRICOT CHOCOLATE BREAD
1 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
9 ounces cut up dried apricots
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl mix together milk, sugar, oil, and eggs; stir in apricots. Stir in the remaining ingredients until just moistened. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F oven. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
