Good morning. Gale, everytime in the past that I froze my meatloaf It just did not taste the same after thawing & re-heating it. It somehow loses flavor. Sooo, my honest opinion is, is that you mix-up your concoction first, then freeze this raw meat parcel. Let it de-frost on the way to your destination & then 'COOK or BAKE IT' at the site.
