Garlic-Rosemary Chicken (crock pot)

If you have a crock pot, loosen the skin on a whole chicken and stuff fresh rosemary and chopped garlic (LOTS of it) between the skin and the meat. Plop it in the crock pot. Set the pot to low for 2 hours and then move it up to high for about 6 hours.
It won't be golden - crock pots don't do that. It will be tender, juicy and wonderfully flavored. It will also produce some of the yummiest chicken broth you'll ever run into :)
Serve with rice (or couscous) and asparagus or artichokes!
