Recipe: Ginger-Honey Tea (using green tea and fresh ginger, 1970's)

4 teaspoons green tea leaves
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
4 cups cold water
2 tablespoons honey
Place tea leaves and ginger in a tea ball. Bring water to just boiling.
Meanwhile, warm teapot by rinsing with boiling water. Place tea ball in teapot; pour boiling water into teapot. Cover, let steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea ball; stir in honey, mix well.
