Recipe: Great Salad

Great Salad

1 head romaine salad
2 tomatoes chopped
1 onion chopped
1 purple onion chopped
2 cucumbers sliced
1 pkg. mushrooms sliced
1 red, yellow & green pepper chopped
1 pkg. radishes sliced
4 slices ham cut into strips
3 hard cooked eggs sliced
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes,& sweet basil
salt & black pepper & garlic powder

Combine first ingredients in a salad bowl. When you have done that, season with salt pepper & garlic powder to your taste. Add the parsley flakes & sweet basil. Toss all together, then layer ham & eggs on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This is a great salad for church suppers or large gatherings. You can cut this recipe in half for your dinner at home.
