Recipe(tried): Grilled Marinated Salmon

I am not sure if this is the recipe, I have never eaten there, but I have a fantastic recipe for you that will just blow your mind!

I marinade salmon steaks or fillets (I prefer the fillet, no bones, but either is fine)

In a one part to Two parts:

Oil one part ( start with a 1/2 cup ) Olive Oil E. V. is really best
Balsamic Vinegar two parts (1 cup)

1/2 cup white wine (chardonnay is a nice pick)

chop up about three sprigs of fresh rosemary
Or add to Tbsp dried

1/4 tsp minced garlic (not too much)

Marinade the fish for at least four hours unless you can vac. seal it then one hour is sufficient.

I like to serve this with veggies grilled. I create a separate but same marinade for the veggies and then grill them, Grill them first they take longer. The veggies I use are chunks of red onion, mushrooms, sweet bell peppers and Get this....Asparagus. The flavor is Just out of sight with the marinade and the grilling You just won't believe it until you try it. I am not an asparagus eater either! This is the only way I like it.

I grill this on my gas grill, The oil burns off quite nicely creating a nice smoke that sweetens the fish just a bit. If you have a smoker even better!

I serve this over a nice white rice. I don't flavor it but you can and may I suggest a sauce of creamy pesto butter sprinkled with capers. You are sure to love this one. Let me know what you think!
