Recipe: Ham Broccoli Chowder (crock pot)
SoupsHAM BROCCOLI CHOWDER
2 tbsp. flour
1 small (5 oz) can evaporated milk
2 cups ham, diced
2 cups water
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 cup light cream
Mix flour and evaporated milk in slow cooker. Add other ingredients except cream.
Cook on low 7 hours or on automatic for 4 hours.
Before serving, stir in cream and heat.
Servings: 6
