Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
This is a recipe my grandmother likes and is one of my favorites.

HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup pecans or walnuts, or mixed
2 cups mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (9x5x3-inch) loaf pans.

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon. Stir in nuts; set aside.

Combine mashed bananas, oil, pineapple, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until batter is smooth. Pour into prepared loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
