Once you have your batter made for both cakes and your pan prepared, fold foil around a peice of cardbord that is the width of the pan. Place the cardboard in the pan and with someones help pour the batter in starting on either side of the cardboard. Remove the barrier when the batter is in the pan. Hope this helps.
