Ummm, no. Hungarians don't use lemon zest or majoram leaves in Gulyas. We do sometimes add parsley root (white carrot), regular carrots, garlic, onions, paprika (the spicyer the more authentic), caraway seeds, potatoes, and black pepper, and salt.
