KENTUCKY CORN PUDDING
2 boxes (10 oz each) frozen cream stlye corn
2 cups half and half
4 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 scant Tbsp flour
3 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all and pour into a baking dish set into a larger pan filled with water.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from pan of water and cool slightly before serving.
