Recipe(tried): Kluski z Kapusta po Polski (Polish Noodles and Cabbage)

I like to serve this with Mrs. T's Potato Pierogis.

Kluski z Kapusta po Polski (KLUS-ki zuh ka-POOS-ta poe pole-ski)
Polish Noodles and Cabbage

1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 tsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (8-ounce) package wide egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 cup sour cream

Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, melt butter in large skillet. Add onion; saut until soft. Add cabbage; saut 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Stir in caraway seed, salt and pepper.

Drain noodles; stir noodles into cabbage. Stir in sour cream. Cook 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
