NANA'S LAZY DAISY CAKE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter

Topping:

5 teaspoons butter
4 teaspoons cream
9 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanillaBeat eggs, add sugar, mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk which has been heated to boiling point with butter added.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes in an 8 inch square pan.

TOPPING:

Mix well, spread on cake and brown under broiler.
