Recipe(tried): Lemon Ice Box Pie (using sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese)

Hello Melanie, This recipe is as old as the South...and very delicious too!! Your sister has excellent tastebuds, she is right, it contains sweetened condensed milk. Enjoy!!! Gina

LEMON ICE BOX PIE

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
A few drops yellow food coloring
4 oz. whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip) (plus additional to garnish)
1 graham cracker prepared pie crust

Beat cream cheese oil fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, lemonade concentrate and food coloring. Fold in whipped topping.

Pour into pie crust. Chill 4 hours or overnite.

Serve with an additional dollop of whipped topping.
