This came from Teri on AOL, who got it out of Taste of Home, I believe.

1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spoon over loaves. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 45 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160*. Yield: 8 servings.
