Recipe: Matzah Cheese Kugel (for Passover)

Matzah Cheese Kugel

6 sheets matzah broken into large pieces
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
5 eggs
1 lb cottage cheese
1/4 cup sugar
3 TBS melted butter/margerine

Beat eggs with milk. Combine thoroughly with cottage cheese, salt, sugar, cinnamon and butter. In a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish, arrange half of the matzah. Pour half of the cheese mixture over it. Repeat with balance of the matzah and cheese mixture. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 F for 40 minutes or until set. Serve with sour cream if desired.
